The kind where you can already picture it: laughing with someone you just met, trying something you haven't done in years, sitting in a room where everyone is here and present and not on their phones..

The Vision:

You arrive after you drop you kids off at their own camp. Someone hands you beads and string and you make friendship bracelets with women whose names you didn't know five minutes ago. By 10 AM, you've already laughed with a stranger.

Then you get to choose. All day. Want to move your body? We have three options. Want to create? Watercolor, needlepoint, bag charms, pick your poison. Want to breathe and ground? Ritual, mahjong, reiki. You're not locked in. You're not performing. You're just... choosing what sounds good.

Lunch comes. Someone sits next to you. Real conversation happens. You eat ice cream in the middle of the day because you can.

And at 3 PM, when you leave, you'll have that feeling. The one where you remember: I'm not just a mom. I'm a person. And I deserve days like this.
