Mom Camp at KINN
Connecticut’s First Mom Camp
Being a mom often feels like creating magic for your kids while slowly depleting yourself. It doesn't happen overnight, but one day you wake up and realize you haven't done something for just you in a while.
Mom Camp at KINN is changing that. A day full of all the best things we took for granted as children.
Here's how it goes: You arrive after you drop your kids at their own camp. You grab coffee and breakfast. Someone hands you an activity to do with women whose names you didn't know five minutes ago. By 10 AM, you've already laughed with a stranger.
Then you get to choose all day. Want to move your body? We have three options. Want to create? Watercolor, needlepoint, bag charms—pick your poison. Want to breathe and ground? Ritual, mahjong, reiki. You're not locked in. You're not performing. You're just choosing what sounds good.
By lunchtime, you've already had an incredible day and met amazing new people. You eat ice cream in the middle of the day because you can.
And at 3 PM, when you leave, you'll have that feeling. The one where you remember: I'm not just a mom. I'm a person. And I deserve days like this.

No. This is a day for you, away from all of that. Come solo. Leave your worries at the door. Be fully here.

Whatever feels good to move in, create in, sit in. You'll be doing all three, so wear something comfortable that makes you feel like yourself. (We're giving you a hat in the swag bag, so show up however you want.)
